I recently had a perfect stay at a charming hotel in a lovely town. The location was ideal - close enough to walk everywhere but nice and quiet away from the main streets. The hotel itself was beautifully renovated and stylishly decorated. The rooms on the 2nd floor had fantastic views of Carcassonne's castle walls, which made the stay even more special. The staff were wonderful, with the owner going above and beyond to provide helpful suggestions and share her local knowledge. The breakfast was delightful, with plenty of choices and interesting variety of jams made by the host's husband. a highly recommended experience.
Nothing was amiss during my stay, everything was perfect!
